Colour as structure. India delivers saturation unasked, so the work was the opposite: restraint. Terracotta, saffron and rose were left to lead the palette, and everything else was pulled back so colour never became noise.

Architecture and people, same frame. The forts and palaces were shot hunting symmetry; the streets, following movement. The piece alternates both grammars deliberately: the monument holds the scale, the people hold the pulse.
