What we collect

Only what you voluntarily enter in the contact form:

• Name
• Email address
• Project type (selected from a list)
• The content of the message you choose to send

We do not request sensitive personal data, financial data or identity documents through this site.

How we use it

• To answer and follow up on your enquiry.
• To prepare and send you a service proposal, if you request one.
• To keep the conversation history while the project is active.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Transfers and processors

The contact form is processed through Formsubmit, a third-party service acting as processor: it receives the form content and delivers it by email. This means your data may be processed on servers located outside Mexico. By submitting the form you consent to that transfer, which is necessary for the stated purpose.

The site also uses Google Analytics yMicrosoft Clarity to measure aggregate usage and browsing behaviour. These tools use technical identifiers and do not receive the content of the form.

Your rights

You may request at any time access, rectification, deletion of your data or to object to its processing, as well as to withdraw consent.

Send your request to filmsartstudio@gmail.com stating your name, the email you contacted us from and which right you wish to exercise. We respond within twenty business days.

Retention

We keep contact messages while a conversation is active and, if a contract follows, for as long as applicable tax and contractual obligations require. They are deleted afterwards.

Any change will be published on this page with its update date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
