A Statement
of Authority
An international wedding film and photography studio dedicated to cinematic storytelling for destination weddings, oceanfront ceremonies and ultra-luxury productions worldwide.
Twelve years and twelve countries, from the glaciers of Iceland to the skyline of Dubai. Weddings filmed in Dubai, Iceland, Rome, Spain, India, Costa Rica, Punta Cana, Los Cabos and Cancún — and now from Los Cabos, where the studio is based.
The twelve years before it were built on the Cancún and Riviera Maya circuit: the same planners, the same properties, the same expectations. This is the work the studio was built on. The standard the South Asian market later demanded — multi-day timelines, two crews, no second takes — was learned here first.
Our creative director works in cinema as well as weddings — a short film with a theatrical release — and brings that discipline to every wedding we take on: shot architecture before the day, colour graded by hand after it.

Your couples fly a hundred and fifty people across a border and keep them for four nights. The collections cover the wedding day itself, by the hour. Everything else here can be added on top — and knowing what the weekend holds is how you decide which hours are worth buying.

The only night everyone is in one place and nobody is nervous yet. We shoot it like a party, not a receiving line.

Importing a crew from the United States or Canada adds US$1,500–3,500 to a wedding budget before a single frame is exposed. Ours is already here.
Beyond the Resort
The frames you will hang
are not shot in a ballroom.
A resort gives you the celebration; the territory gives you the images that outlive it. Every wedding includes a conversation about where — beyond the property line — we take you for the portraits. Our rule of thumb is that time is best spent within an hour of the property, though that is a recommendation and not a limit: for a pre-wedding session we have travelled as far as Iceland and worked five days across multiple locations. If a place matters to you, we will go.
Baja California Sur
The Arch
El Arco at the tip of the peninsula, reached by water at first or last light. The most recognisable frame in Baja, and the hardest to shoot well.
Desert & Dunes
The Pacific dunes and the cardón desert behind them — vast, empty, and a scale no ballroom can give you.
Coastline
The East Cape and the Sea of Cortez: black volcanic rock, still water, and light that lasts an hour longer than the forecast says.
Santa María Bay
A protected turquoise cove on the corridor, twenty minutes from most properties — calm water, pale sand, granite headlands.
The Estuary
The Estero de San José, where freshwater and palms meet the sea. Green, shaded and unexpected in a desert — the counterweight to every beach frame.
Old Town
San José del Cabo's art district and Todos Santos — colour, texture and architecture, for couples who want their portraits to feel lived-in.
Mexican Caribbean
Cenotes
Freshwater caverns under the jungle, lit by a single vertical shaft. It is the one place on the corridor where the light arrives clean and from directly above.
Jungle & Sacbé
Limestone paths through closed vegetation. Dense green, high shade and a palette that is the exact opposite of the desert.
Tulum Coastline
White sand against turquoise water, with the low cliff line and the palms leaning under the east wind.

Same-Day EditScreened live$1,500
A 3–5 minute film cut on location while the celebration is still running — the most cinematic and symbolic moments of the day, edited and screened before the night ends. Guests watch themselves as a film hours after living it, and the room reacts. It is the piece nobody forgets.
AI Story SceneScreened live$2,600
Your couples write a short fiction — wherever they want to be, whoever they want to be. We record their faces on the day and build it into a 30 to 60 second cinematic scene, screened at the reception beside the Same-Day Edit.
Day-After Session$950
Sunrise or last light, no guests and no schedule: the arch, the dunes or the water. Two hours, second outfit, art-directed. Included in World Class.
Long-Form Event Edit$500
One event cut end to end and uninterrupted — the full ceremony, the speeches entire. Priced per event.
48-Hour Teaser$500
A 60–90 second vertical cut delivered within 48 hours of the last event. For Signature, whose teaser lands within ten days — Prestige and World Class already carry it at 48 and 24 hours.
Editorial Portrait Session$1,400

FPV Aerial Unit$450 / hour
A specialist first-person-view pilot — a separate discipline from our standard aerial unit. Placed only where it earns the shot: ceremony entrance, portraits, reception reveal.

Twenty short-form vertical cuts formatted for Reels and TikTok, delivered weekly — additional to the verticals already included in your collection.
Full Raw Archive$800
Every original file, ungraded, delivered on an encrypted physical drive.
All enhancements are quoted in US dollars, net of tax, at published rates. The FPV unit carries a two-hour minimum and, where a property charges vendor access for an additional operator, that fee is billed at cost and never marked up.
How We Work
The Process
Five stages, from first call to final archive. Nothing here is improvised — the calm on the wedding day is the product of everything that happened before it.
Conversation
A thirty-minute call with the creative director. We look at the venue, the timeline and what matters most to the family.
Date Hold
A signed agreement and a 50% retainer secure the dates. We accept a limited number of weddings per year.
Creative Direction
Six weeks out we build the shot architecture with your planner: light windows, ceremony blocking, off-property locations, contingency for weather.
The Days
We arrive early, we scout, we stay out of the frame. Your guests should never notice how much we are working.
The Archive
Selects and grade in DaVinci Resolve. Teaser first, then the films, then the full gallery — each on the schedule written into your agreement.
Craft & Safeguards
What Stands Behind It
We lead with the image, not the equipment. What follows is for the planner and the family who want to know what stands behind it — and what happens if something goes wrong.
Nothing Is Lost
Dual card recording in every body. On-site backup to two independent drives before the crew leaves the venue, and a cloud mirror within 24 hours. Three copies of your wedding exist before we sleep.
Crew Continuity
Every artist on your wedding is named in the agreement. If illness or accident makes one unavailable, we field a replacement of equal standing at our cost — never a cancellation, never a downgrade.
Capture
Sony A1 as principal body, recording S-Log3 / S-Gamut3.Cine in 10-bit; secondary bodies matched to the same colour science. Carl Zeiss and G-Master primes and zooms — fast glass for candlelit interiors, long telephoto for ceremonies where distance is a form of respect.
Aerial
Cinematic 4K aerial unit for processions, venue reveals and coastline, flown where the venue permits it. FPV is a separate discipline with a specialist pilot — quoted under Enhancements.
Light & Movement
Continuous LED and battery-powered strobes, shaped and diffused; gimbal, slider and shoulder rig. Natural light is respected first and the camera moves only when the story moves.
Post-production
DaVinci Resolve Studio, YRGB colour-managed. ARRI LogC intermediate, Kodak 2383 print emulation, HDR-capable master with a Rec.709 delivery. Every frame graded by hand — no presets, no batch.
Backup is a procedure here, not a promise: three independent copies of your wedding exist before the crew sleeps, and the archive is held for the full life of your gallery.
The Agreement
Terms & Investment Notes
Currency & Payment
All figures are in US dollars, net — we do not charge IVA. Wise is our preferred channel and adds nothing; PayPal adds its own processing fee; a direct bank transfer adds 16%.
Retainer & Schedule
A 50% retainer confirms the dates. The balance is due before the wedding — up to and including the day itself, never after it.
Travel & Accommodation
Ground transport within Baja California Sur is included and no fly-in fee applies — we live here. For celebrations that run past midnight or start before dawn on consecutive days, the crew is accommodated at the property within the guest block; your planner builds those rooms in. Destinations beyond the peninsula are quoted at cost.
Venue & Vendor Fees
Where a resort applies a vendor-access fee it is a cost of the venue, not of the collection, and is settled by the couple through the planner. We never mark it up, and we will flag it before it becomes a surprise.
Weather & Force Majeure
Baja runs a hurricane season from June to November, as does the Mexican Caribbean. If a named storm, civil authority or venue closure moves your date, we move with it at no rebooking fee, subject to availability; if we cannot, the retainer transfers to a new date within eighteen months.
Delivery
Delivery windows begin the day after the final event and every collection carries a written delivery date in the agreement. A signed contract governs all terms; this page is a summary of investment, not the agreement itself.
For Planners & Venues
We work with a small number of planners as preferred partners, on rates and terms agreed by season. If you place destination weddings regularly, write to us and we will talk.
All figures are the published 2026–2027 rate, in US dollars and net of tax, with ground transport within Baja California Sur included and no fly-in fee — the crew is resident. The hours cover the wedding day; the welcome party, rehearsal dinner and day-after session are added by the hour.

They celebrated beneath 18th-century quarry-stone vaults under a suspended floral installation several metres deep. The setup was documented as production design: the foliage portal, the aisle of pillar candles, the imperial table mirrored on black glass. Historic architecture treated as a set, not as a backdrop.
